Corporations and Banks : The Firm had been entrusted by prominent clients to handle the formation of quite a number of Saudi Joint Ventures in various fields of business either between Saudi citizens or Saudi and foreign partners. Our Firm was one of the leading Saudi Firms in handling the Saudization of a number of previous Foreign Banks, which were operating in Saudi Arabia. The Firm was nominated in the seventies by the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency to undertake all the legal procedures pertaining to the Saudization of the foreign banks. In the course of conducting that task, the Firm had established a number of Saudi Joint Stock Companies in accordance with the applicable Saudi Laws and Regulations and secured the authorization of the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to allow such Joint Stock Companies to conduct banking business activities.

The new Joint Stock Companies had been formed between the Saudi Founders and the Foreign Banks as well as other Saudi Nationals who had acquired shares by public subscriptions.
